My name is Scott Gordon, I became a Personal Trainer in August of 2008. I myself had gained a lot of weight over the course of several years of inactivity and over eating. It had been a long arduous struggle.
I would start an exercise program, overdo it and then quit. Continuously, again and again I would try and fail. I almost gave up trying to lose weight. Then I learned how to exercise properly with good nutrition. I had lost almost 100 lbs since my largest and have kept 80 of those lbs off!
